A special Christmas/Thanksgiving class where we show you how to cook the most incredibly, succulent Turkey on your BBQ along with plenty of sides, puddings and other 'Holiday' meats and treats. You will never cook your festive bird in the oven again!
David is an experienced Pitmaster and Caterer with a thriving BBQ business based in St Neots. Cambridgeshire. He is known for experimenting with different BBQ techniques and equipment such as his professional dry-ager. All of that wisdom he will share with you at the class. You can check him out here
This promises to be a fun, hands-on class with lots of learning and food along the way. An early start to the festive season proving BBQ is not just for summer!
