Hi! I’m Seàn – aka ‘The Irish Egg’. Dublin born, Norfolk based. I came to the BBQ party in 2014, after experiencing the best chicken I’ve ever eaten grilled on a Big Green Egg by a friend in Los Angeles, CA. Several Big Green Eggs later, my culinary journey has expanded to pop-ups, private events and now....a BBQ school.
