About the class
Bienvenido to the Irish Egg's 'Texican' mash-up!
Alongside, Texas-style brisket and ribs (the grand-daddy of BBQ food), you will also learn how to prepare some authentic and delicious Mexican-inspired dishes such as Al Pastor and Tacos on all the pieces of fire-kit. Understand what Burnt Ends are and how to make the best Texas-Mexas mash-up in Burnt End nachos. You'll create your own seasonings to smoke baby-back ribs and practice techniques, such as reverse-searing, pulling meat and how to control live fire and smoke on dishes you never thought could be cooked on a BBQ!
