Time to perfect your grill-style for family and friends this summer, with our Norfolk summer BBQ blow-out class.

You'll learn the art of preparing, seasoning and cooking dishes such as brisket (the Holy Grail of Texas-style BBQ food), baby-back ribs, and hot-links on all the fire-kit. You'll make and cook your own 'smash burger' with all the fixins' - including a homemade bun - all cooked on the BBQ! DIY baby-back ribs, seasoned and smoked to fall-off-the bone perfection and be amazed as you learn to cook the most incredibly, succulent, smoked turkey crown.
You'll practice techniques, such as 'low and slow' cooking, reverse-searing, direct and indirect grilling across all the grills such as Big Green Egg, Traeger pellet grill, Weber kettle and an off-set smoker. You'll understand the importance of cooking to temperature, not time, and how to control live fire and smoke.
You'll also make dishes that you never thought could be cooked on the BBQ such as Chocolate Guinness cake. I will guide you through every step of the process, and there'll be plenty of samples along the way. You will not go home hungry!
