About the class
Celebrate Independence Day with the Irish Egg's 4th July Cook-out.
You'll learn how to make and grill the ultimate Smash burger along with all the sides and fixins' you'll ever need to create a juicy taste sensation. Understand why good beef with a high fat ratio matters and how to cook it perfectly on any Grill. You'll use all the fire-kit to make 'low and slow' dishes such as pulled pork and baby-back ribs - done your own way as you create your own seasonings. Time to get creative!
You'll practice techniques, such as reverse-searing, pulling meat and how to control live fire and smoke. You'll make dishes that you never thought could be cooked on the BBQ including burger buns and a delicious Smores tart! I will guide you through every step of the process, and there'll be plenty of samples along the way. You will not go home hungry!
